Official 2021 House of Representatives Holiday Ornament

What Unites America Is greater than what divides America. We are proud to offer for public purchase the Official Ornament of the 117th United States House of Representatives. This year's theme commemorates the motto "United We Stand" first attributed to Founding Father, John Dickinson in his pre-Revolutionary War song "The Liberty Song", first published on July 7, 1768. John Dickinson was a solicitor and politician from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Wilmington, Delaware. He is known as the "Penman of the Revolution" due to his writing influential documents of the period — from the Declaration of Rights in 1765 and the Articles of Confederation in 1776 to the Fabius Letter in 1787 which helped win over the first States to ratify the Constitution: Delaware and Pennsylvania.
