Shipping Options
DO NOT USE THE ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM. The payment system is designed for shipping to residents in the United States.
Orders for shipment outside of the United States are subject to shipping fees, applicable customs, duties and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer. All international orders must be prepaid in full before ornaments are shipped out.
UPS Express
1 A. Customs broker fees are included in all the UPS Express price quotes. The shipping fee does not include any VAT or other taxes assessed by your country.
1 B. There is no service guarantee for Global Express Mail. Global Express Mail is available at designated Postal Service facilities authorized to accept domestic Express Mail.
1 C. Global Express Mail items are insured against loss, damage, or rifling at no additional cost. Indemnity will be paid by the U.S. Postal Service as provided in DMM S010 and S500. However, Global Express Mail items are not insured against delay in delivery. Neither indemnity payments nor postage refunds will be made in the event of delay.
1 D. Global Express Mail merchandise insurance coverage against loss, damage, or rifling is provided up to $100 USD at no additional charge. Additional insurance coverage above $100 USD may be purchased at the sender's option. The fee for optional Global Express Mail merchandise insurance coverage is $1.00 USD for each $100 USD or fraction thereof, up to a maximum of $5,000 per USD shipment.
USPS Parcel Post
When you want the package not as quickly, have some faith in the post office, and want to save money, USPS Parcel Post Air is what you should use.
2 A. USPS Parcel Post Air has a projected 10 day transit time, no tracking, and no guarantee ( it can often take longer than 10 days). It is delivered to the local postal service in the country of destination for final delivery, so it is only as reliable as the local post system.
2 B. There is no method to recover lost shipments, unless insured. The process to make an insurance claim through the postal service can take as long as a month and a half from the date of shipment.
2 C. Some destination countries allow us to insure USPS packages, some do not. If you would like insurance, please say so. Insurance covers the cost of merchandise if the shipment is lost or damaged (proof of damage required) ...not shipping cost and it does not insure the delivery time-in-transit.
There is no tracking via USPS. If a package is lost, we can submit a form to USPS but it takes 4 weeks to receive a reply from them, and it doesn't always provide an answer. We do not assume the risk if a package is lost, and USPS insurance is not a total remedy; but we have lost only a few package to date out of many many hundreds sent.
